A 150-square-foot dwelling designed and built as a fully integrated environment. Spatial organization, storage, and utilities were resolved concurrently to maximize livability within a compact footprint. Walnut millwork establishes continuity throughout, incorporating built-in sleeping, integrated storage, and a lofted secondary berth. Scalloped tile, patterned cement, and glazed brick introduce texture while maintaining material discipline. Each element serves multiple purposes, allowing the space to function with clarity and efficiency despite its scale.
